Rejoice in the Lord! Although we experience sorrow, God is doing a wonderful work in us. If sorrow has a purpose, it becomes more bearable. Christian joy cannot be taken away; we simply lose sight of Jesus at times. As Christians, we will always find ourselves refocusing on Christ because there is nowhere else to turn. Once we refocus, Jesus lifts our heads, strengthens our feeble knees, magnifies His presence, and fortifies us in our sorrow.
